Just finished building my computer and did a test boot before adding my grapichs card, i updated the bios and everything. But im not sure how to turn off my computer in the ASUS ROG Bios menu. Is it safe just to press the power button?

I'm on an ASUS ROG machine running Ubuntu 20.04. The system will try to shut down whenever I type quickly.
